Terms of Sale

Quotations

• A quote list sent from this site is a request for quotation. It is not an order, and it carries no price.
• Every quotation is in writing and states its own price, lead time, delivery and how long it is valid for. Prices are in AED.
• Where we propose an equivalent to the brand or model you asked for, the quotation says so.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing (WhatsApp or email) against a valid quotation.
• We supply only. Installation is not included — see Installation below.
• We supply end users — businesses and people buying for their own premises, not for resale.

Payment

Payment is as stated on the quotation — the amount, the method and when it is due. Goods ordered specially for you, and custom fabrication, may need payment in advance.

Delivery & Risk

• We deliver anywhere in the UAE. Lead times on a quotation are estimates.
• We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, couriers or customs.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Inspection

Please check every delivery against the delivery note. Report any shortage or visible damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, on WhatsApp or by email. After that we treat the delivery as complete and in good condition.

Returns

• Standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Tell us first; we confirm how to return them.
• Custom stainless fabrication, cable cut to length, and anything ordered specially for you cannot be returned.
• Accepted returns are refunded or credited once we have received and checked them. Return delivery is at your cost unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Warranty

Products carry their manufacturer’s warranty, which we pass through to you. If an item fails under warranty, we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, wiring or power supply.

Installation

Installing security systems in the UAE is licensed work. We do not install, and nothing we supply is sold with installation. Use a SIRA-licensed installer (or the licensed installer your emirate requires).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including those arising from installation or use of the goods. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts. The version current on the date of your quotation applies to your order.
